Reactivate a Member

When a member is deactivated in Mediagraph, they are automatically hidden from the members table to keep the interface clean and organized. However, you can easily reactivate deactivated members when needed. This feature allows you to restore access for team members who were previously deactivated, ensuring they can continue collaborating on your organization's content. The reactivation process is straightforward and maintains all the member's previous permissions and settings.

Reactivate a Member

  1. In the Manage panel, select Members from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click the blue filter icon at the top of the Status column.
  3. Select Deactivated and click OK. The table will now display deactivated members.
  4. Browse through the list to find the member you want to reactivate, and change their status from Deactivated to Active. The member will now be reactivated and visible in the active members list. Their account will be restored with all their previous data and permissions intact.
