Add Members to a Lightbox

To collaborate with your team you can invite members to join your Lightbox. You can invite people who are already members of your Mediagraph organization, or invite new people. If you invite someone who is not a member of your Mediagraph organization, they will receive an email inviting them to create a Mediagraph account and will be able to join your organization as a restricted member.

Lightbox members can...

  • View all assets in the Lightbox.
  • Download files (if the Lightbox owner has granted permission).
  • Add comments (only Lightbox Members can see comments).
  • Set picks and rejects.
  • Clone to a new Lightbox.

Add Members to a Lightbox

  1. Mouse over the Info_Popup.png Info pop-over next to the desired Lightbox.
  2. ClickManage_Button.pngto enter Lightbox management.
  3. Click the tab Lightbox Members.
  4. Enter email addresses separated by commas or semicolons. If you are inviting an existing member Mediagraph will auto-fill their email address. If you are inviting a new Mediagraph member, they will receive an email inviting them to join your Mediagraph organization.
  5. You have the option of adding a note.
  6. Click Add Invite. The invitations will not be sent until you click update. Double check your invitee list. 
  7. Click Update.
