Modify or remove a Keyword

Sometimes, you may want to modify or even remove one of the Keywords in your Mediagraph account. Whether this is because you want to update a spelling or correct a mistake, modifying a Keyword is easy. Changes you make are applied instantly and globally, across every instance of the Keyword in your Mediagraph account.

Modify a Keyword

  1. In the Manage tab, select Keyword Tag List from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Find the Keyword you want to modify. Use the search bar at the top of the page or the sorting tools.
  3. Click the blue pencil next to the Keyword’s name and make the desired change.
  4. Hit the Return key on your computer’s keyboard. The Keyword will be updated everywhere it is used.

Remove a Keyword

  1. In the Manage tab, select Keyword Tag List from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Find the Keyword you want to modify. Use the search bar at the top of the page, or the sorting tools.
  3. Click the trashcan icon on the right-hand side of the panel.
  4. Click OK to Confirm.
  5. The Keyword will be deleted. Note that this only removes the Keyword from the files tagged with it, and does not delete any of the tagged files from your account.
