Change Keyword Visibility

Change Keyword Visibility

Keywords and Tags can have 4 levels of visibility in Mediagraph: Visible, In Taxonomy, Searchable, or Blocked.

A keyword's level of visibility is designated by its color and icon. Keyword visibility settings can be changed in the info popover, or in bulk in the Manage tab. Read below to learn more about keyword visibility settings and how to change them.

Change a keyword's visibility setting

  1. In the Quick Info panel of the Asset Detail View, hover over the keyword whose visibility setting you want to change. This will open the Keyword Tag Info panel.
  2. Select a new visibility setting from the List dropdown. The setting you click will be saved automatically. You may need to refresh the page to see the tag's color and icon update.
