Share a Project

Share a Project

There is only one way to share a Project: invite specific people to the Project. You can invite people who are already members of your Mediagraph organization, or invite new people. If you invite someone who is not a member of your Mediagraph organization, they will receive an email inviting them to create a Mediagraph account and will be able to join your organization as a restricted member.

TipIf you would like to create a share link you can share individual Lightboxes within a Project.

Add members to a Project

  1. Mouse over theInfo_Popup.pngInfo pop-over next to the desired Project.
  2. ClickManage_Button.pngto enter Project management.
  3. Click the tab Project Members.
  4. Enter email addresses separated by commas or semicolons. If you are inviting an existing member Mediagraph will auto-fill their email address. If you are inviting a new Mediagraph member, they will receive an email inviting them to join your Mediagraph organization.
  5. You have the option of adding a note.
  6. Click Add InviteThe invitations will not be sent until you click update. Double check your invitee list.
