Set Collection default Sort and View options
You can set default view options for individual Collections using the Sort and View Options menus. This will be the setting that is first displayed when someone navigates to this Collection. The user can still choose one of the other options, but it will return to the default when they return to the Collection.
Customize a Collection’s Default View Settings
You have the option to show/hide the Table of Contents, change the view mode, grid size and background color of the Collection.
- Click on the Collection you’d like to edit.
- Mouse over the
View Settings menu in the upper right corner of the Workspace. - Select the View Mode, Grid Size and Background Color you desire.
- Click "Save".

Pro-Tip: Copy and paste a color code into the box at the bottom of the drop down to customize your Collection’s background color.
Customize a Collection’s Default Sort Order
Mediagraph can sort assets by Upload Time, Capture Time, Name, Size or Rating.
- Click on the Collection you’d like to edit.
- Mouse over the
Sort Order menu in the upper right corner of the Workspace. - Select your desired sort order, or select "Custom" to drag and drop your assets into your desired order.
- Click "Save".
