Set a custom download statement

Set a custom download statement

You can set a statement to be shown whenever a member downloads assets from your Mediagraph account. This custom download statement will be displayed account-wide when confirming a download. This is a useful tool to notify the member downloading of any general restrictions or other terms of use which may be applicable to the assets in your account.

Set a custom download statement

  1. In the left-hand sidebar of the Manage tab, click on Site Settings.
  2. Open the Download Settings tab.
  3. Click the radio button to Enable Download Statement.
  4. In the text box that opens, enter the custom statement you want to be shown to members downloading assets.
  5. Click the blue Save button. Your custom download statement will now display whenever a member of your account begins a download.
