Password Policies

Password must contain special characters (~ ! ? @ # $ % ^ & * _ — + ( ) [ ] { } > < / \ | » ‘ . , : 😉 – selected password must contain special characters (only those listed in brackets!).

Password can’t be similar to personal info — password can’t contain personal information (first name, last name, e-mail).

Password can’t be a commonly used password — the password can’t be too simple (don’t use commonly used combinations).

Password can’t be entirely numeric — the password can’t consist only of numbers.

Password history – three previously used passwords will be stored in the system. The system will not allow a new password that matches one of them.

Criteria such as minimum password length, use of personal info, commonly used passwords, and numeric passwords are active by default.

When you register or add a new user to Picvario, the password criteria set by the administrator will automatically appear when selecting a new password.
