How to Download Assets

Mediagraph users can download assets according to the permissions granted to them, from a low-resolution watermarked version up to an original file. Admins and Global Content Managers can also download a folder tree, preserving all contained folder structure. Read below to learn more.

Note that the following instructions apply anywhere assets are visible in Mediagraph.

Download Individual Assets

  • Double click on the asset you would like to download.
  • Click the "Download" button.
  • Select desired file size from the dropdown menu. Tip: if you would like to add a watermark follow the next set of download instructions.
  • Download will automatically begin.

souDownload Bulk Assets

  • Select the assets you would like to download by clicking them. Selected assets will have a blue check in the top right corner.
  • Click the "Download" button located at the top of the Workspace.
  • Select resolution and optional watermark.
  • Click "Download".

Download a Folder Tree

Through the File Vault, Admins and Content Managers can download any Folder Tree in the account. All subfolders will be included, maintaining the folder structure that's in Mediagraph. 

  • Choose the highest-level parent folder you'd like to include in the download.
  • Click the i icon to open the info overlay for that folder.
  • Click Download.
