Sometimes Mediagraph needs a clean slate. Here are browser-specific instructions on how to select and clear site data for Mediagraph only:

  1. At the top right of the browser window, click the vertical ellipsisvertical_elllipsis.png and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  2. On the left navigation menu, click security_shield.png Privacy and security.
  3. Select Screenshot_2023-01-26_at_4.20.45_PM.png Cookies and other site data.
  4. Scroll down and click See all site data and permissions.
  5. At the top right, search for 'mediagraph.'
  6. To the right of the site, click the trashcan.png.
  7. To confirm, click the blue Clear button:

  1. Select Settings and more ... > Settings  > Cookies and site permissions.
  2. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data See all cookies and site data and search for 'mediagraph.'

  3. Select the down arrow to the right of 'mediagraph' and select Delete.

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.Fx79CookiesAndSiteData
  3. Click the Manage Data…button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.
  4. In the Search websites field, type 'mediagraph.'
  5. Click Remove All Shown.
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.

  1. In the Menu bar, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data.

  3. Select 'mediagraph', then click Remove.
