Enable Two Factor Identification (2FA)

Enable Two Factor Identification (2FA)

For added security, all Mediagraph accounts support 2-Factor Identification with the use of an authenticator app or password manager. The use of 2FA allows you to add an additional layer of security to your account, keeping it safe in the event your password is compromised.

  1. Hover over your avatar in the top right corner. In the menu that appears, click Account.
  2. Scroll down and click Security Settings (2FA).
  3. Click Enable 2FA....
  4. In your password manager or authenticator app, scan the QR code that appears in Mediagraph.
  5. Back in Mediagraph, enter the six digit 2FA code generated by the authenticator, as well as your current account password.
  6. Click Enable.
  7. A set of recovery codes will be generated, which will be the only way back into your account in the event that you lose the ability to generate 2FA codes. Copy them and save them in a safe location. Note that this is the only time they will be shown.
