Enable Auto-Approval by Email Domain
Mediagraph allows you to streamline the onboarding process for new members with Auto-Approval by Email Domain. Enabling this feature allows anyone with an email address from a specified domain (e.g., @yourorganization.com) to automatically join your Mediagraph account without requiring manual approval. Additionally, you can customize the experience by adding a welcome message and setting a default destination collection for new members with this email domain.
Enable Auto-Approval by Email Domain
- In the Manage panel, select Site Settings.
- Scroll down and click to open the Membership Settings tab.
- In Membership Settings, check the box next to Auto-Approval by Email Domain.
- Once the feature is enabled, you will see a field where you can enter the email domain you wish to auto-approve (e.g.,
@company.com). Note that only one domain can be added at this time. - Below the domain field, you have the option to add a custom welcome message that will be shown to users upon their approval. Additionally, you can specify a destination collection where new members will be directed upon joining. This can help them immediately see and access relevant content.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
- Once saved, any user with an email address from the specified domains will be automatically approved to join your Mediagraph account. They will receive the custom welcome message (if provided) and be directed to the specified destination collection. You can review and manage auto-approved members at any time by in Manage > Members.
