Duplicate a Collection to a Lightbox
If you need to share a Collection with someone, and it is not appropriate to add them to a user group with access, the best way to do so is by duplicating it to a Lightbox. The Lightbox can then be shared with them individually. They will be notified and see the Lightbox in the Shared with me section of the My Projects panel. Duplicate a Collection to a Lightbox
- Locate the Collection you would like to duplicate to a Lightbox.
- Click the
info icon next to the Collection's name to open the info overlay.
- Click Duplicate to Lightbox.
- Click OK to confirm.
- Refresh the My Projects Panel to see your new Lightbox. The Lightbox can be shared according to the instructions here.
