Disable the Request Access Button
By default, the Request Access button appears on the main login page of your site, allowing any visitor to request a login. If you prefer to prevent visitors from requesting access to your site, you can easily remove this button by adjusting your site's settings.
Follow the steps below to turn off the Request Access button.
Disable the Request Access Button
- While logged in as an Admin, go to the Manage panel and select Site Settings.
- Scroll down and click to open the Membership Settings tab.
- Uncheck the box next to Request Access to remove the button from your site’s login page.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page. Once saved, the Request Access button will no longer appear on the front page of your Mediagraph account. If you decide later that you want to allow visitors to request access, simply recheck the Request Access option. Note that disabling the Request Access button does not affect the existing list of membership requests. You can still manage and review all membership requests at any time by navigating to Manage > Members > Requests.
