Delete an Asset

Delete an Asset

Assets can be moved to the Trash once they are no longer needed. Admins and Global Content Managers always have the ability to move assets to the Trash. There are numerous safeguards in place to protect against accidental deletion. Assets will continue to be stored in the Trash until it is emptied, after which the asset will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable. Group Content Managers, regardless of member role, can delete the assets in their Group Storage, but do not have permission to delete anything else.

Read on to learn more about how to delete assets and empty the trash.
