The Quick Info panel is the top section of the Asset Detail View. It's a great place to learn more about an asset. You and the members of your account can look here for the most important and frequently used metadata. The Quick Info panel is now customizable. Admins have full control over the information it contains and the order in which it appears. This site-wide setting is a great way to make sure that the most important metadata is the most visible metadata.
The default setup is similar to the previous panel, but there are now a number of additional fields you can show or hide depending on your needs and preferences. These include many commonly used IPTC fields, as well as any custom metadata fields you may have created. All accounts should consider what metadata they want their users to see in the Quick Info panel, and, if necessary, adjust the settings accordingly.
Customize the Quick Info panel
- In the Manage tab, select Site Settings from the left-hand side panel.
- Click to open the Quick Info Settings accordion.
- Make your desired changes:
- Click the plus icon to add an Unused Item to the Quick Info panel.
- Click the trash can icon to remove an item from the Quick Info panel.
- Drag and drop to change the order of the items in the panel.
- Scroll to the end of the page and click Save.
