Commenting on Lightboxes

Commenting on Lightboxes

Once you have invited members to your Lightbox, you can use the comments section as a place to collaborate and communicate with one another.  Lightbox Members can reference specific users and assets in the comments thread. Only Lightbox Members can see Lightbox comments.

Note: Lightboxes are the ONLY containers in Mediagraph that have a comments section. If you add members to a Project, they will be able to comment on all Lightboxes within the Project.

Follow the steps below to add, remove or edit a comment.

  1. Select a Lightbox.
  2. Open the Comments panel on the right side of the Workspace.
  3. Add your comment. You can tag a specific user by typing the @ symbol and selecting their username from the dropdown. Reference a specific photo by dragging it into the comment area.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Your comment will appear in the comments section. If it does not immediately appear, refresh the page.
