Change auto-logout period

Change auto-logout period

By default, Mediagraph users are logged out after 24 hours of inactivity. Admins can adjust this auto-logout setting to meet their security needs. Some may want to let their users stay logged in for weeks, but some more security-conscious accounts may want to make this setting shorter.

  1. In the Manage tab, select Site Settings from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click to open the Session Settings tab.
  3. Enter your desired auto-logout time in minutes. Some suggestions are 1440 (24 hours), 2880 (2 days), 10,000 (1 week), or 40,000 (1 month).
  4. Click Save.
