Note: If you add an asset to a Bin, it will be added automatically to the Lightbox that contains the Bin.
Add to a Lightbox with drag and drop
Select one of more files, and drag onto a Lightbox. A count of selected files appears, and all selected files will be added to the Lightbox.
- Select assets you would like to add.
- Drag to the desired Lightbox and wait for the Lightbox to highlight.
- Release.
- If you are dragging a large number of files, wait for the “adding” dialog to finish before doing another action.
- If the asset count does not immediately update, click the
refresh icon for the My Projects panel.

Add to a Lightbox with the Action Menu
Sometimes it’s easier to add selected files to a Lightbox by using the action menu. This is particularly useful if you have not already made the desired Lightbox.
- Select the assets you would like to add to your Lightbox.
- Mouse over the
Action Menu in the upper left corner of the Workspace. - Click Add to Lightbox…
- Select the desired Lightbox.
- You have the option to create a new Lightbox from within the pop-up. Mouse over the + to open the dropdown menu to create a new container.
- Click Submit.

Add to a Lightbox with right-click
You can add selected files to a Lightbox in both the Grid and Asset views by right-click. This will bring up the same dialog we see with the Action Menu.
- Right-click on a file in the grid view.
- Click on Add to Lightbox... from the dropdown.
- Select an existing Lightbox or make a new one.
- All selected files will be added to the Lightbox.
